We have a 37' gasser MH with a medium towed, four down. There are a lot of good answers here. We combine at least 2 of them. We look before we "must have" gas. You will get to know your rig. Look before you enter. If it looks to tight, move on or at least put boots on the ground, before entering. My angel has even guided me in. This helps when there are cars that want to whip around you and cut you off. Be patient. Has happened a couple of times with us. I never pull into a gas station with lanes perpendicular to the store front, unless it is for a clear outside lane with obvious egress. Know your rig and you will know what right looks like.
