You need to isolate your problem.
I would start in the center at the transfer switch. Use a voltmeter at the transfer switch where the genset wiring comes in. See if you have power there. No power then check junction box at genset. Power coming into genset, check to see if it is leaving or where in the transfer switch it stops.
If you do not feel comfortable doing this get some help!
