Gen won't start, lights don't work unless on shore power

Having some strange issues with my 07 Georgetown 350DS. It has an RV Guardian 6500 and we are on a trip and when we unplugged this morning from our 50amp service nothing works anymore... Fridge, wat...

Todd, are you talking about the Disconnect switch by the door that you use to disconnect the coach?
