Gen won't start, lights don't work unless on shore power

Having some strange issues with my 07 Georgetown 350DS. It has an RV Guardian 6500 and we are on a trip and when we unplugged this morning from our 50amp service nothing works anymore... Fridge, wat...

No there should be breakers although they do not look like a breaker. The have two threaded posts with wires screwed to them. Check for voltage in and out.
