Well, this darn thing has been purring like a kitten for 2 hours now without a hiccup. Going to let it run for another 30 minutes and put it under a load with the AC's. If she kicks off then, then I'm thinking its going to be the Solid State Voltage Regulator.
I did have the voltage regulator replaced ~5 years ago as it was fluctuating all over the place, but never stopped the gene.
