Hello all, Has anyone bought a used RV and found out the generator meter wire was cut? I bought a rental unit from Cruise America, I was testing the generator and noticed the meter was not clicking....

I suspected CA did it, and it doesn't look like the generator has been serviced even though they claim they did a 110 point inspection. The air filter is caked and the oil is low
