Generator Meter
Hello all, Has anyone bought a used RV and found out the generator meter wire was cut? I bought a rental unit from Cruise America, I was testing the generator and noticed the meter was not clicking....

A hinge on one of the overhead cabinet is broken
I took a hinge to local rv dealer and he ordered one from some rv manufacture. I ordered two of them just to have spare. Cost came out to be about $10 bucks hinge. Was in woodworking store maybe 6 month later, same thing for $4.00
We weren't able to get old maint records either.
We only had couple surprises. If you haven't done so already pull out drawers to see what shape drawer slides mounted to wood frame are in. Most RV's drawer slides are only mounted by one or two screws and they get a lot of bouncing over the miles, not just rentals, all of them.
We changed all fluids and have been happy with ours, over 5 years
