My GB never had that issue, but the prior Class C did. I can't remember how I found it (other then calling around) but I ended up at a hose shop that supplied and made hoses for the gas trucks that fill up the gas stations tanks. They did a great job making me a replacement and it was cheap.

Hardest part was getting to the hose clamp up by the fill door when I installed it.

OK a new avenue to go down. I replaced this hose in 2000 so I'm not holding out to much hope of finding an original replacement. But I will endeavor. It seems to me I went to a GM dealer looking for this hose but the 60 gallon fuel tank was not something that came from the factory.
