1. The Blow out should NOT concern the man's father as there is no way to tell what caused the blow out at this point. He may have hit something in the road or the tire may have been damaged prior to his delivery. NEW tires can fail if they are damaged or hit something.
2. Lets say you have an extended service contract. You have a Part that fails and would be covered by the ESC. BUT, the ESC KNOWS that part is covered either by the OEM or the Part maker. They will DENY coverage (per the fine print in the contract), and make you go thru the correct vendor. IF the First Vendor does NOT pay for what ever reason, the ESC is NOT obligated to pay for the repair.
3. This may be the case. CW has their own Coverage for this type problem on new sales and even tho the OP's father has Coachnet, Coachnet KNOWS that the RV is already covered. So, they decline coverage and is probably IN the contract that if you have overlapping coverage, the PRIMARY FIRST Insurance is who you go to. Doug
