X-2, I agree with this post! I'm sorry for the OP's Father that he's not getting what he thought he paid for! And, I question the inflated tire pressure of 120 lbs. that CW inflated the steer tires to? I drove semi for 44-1/4 years and we ran Michelin Tires, we would haul very heavy and very light loads and never inflated any of our tires that high (not even close) of a tire pressure. And if it was a hot day the tire pressure could increase 5 to 10 lbs. more? And for what is worth I never bought one of those policies for my RV and I have been RVing since 1976!
