It just doesn't make sense that Coach-Net would deny coverage based on where he purchased the motorhome.
I read your father's post on another forum. In his post he stated that he wanted it towed back to the selling dealership. It sounds as though that may not have been the closest qualified repair facility. If that were the case he would have to pay for the tow out of pocket, although Coach-net would arrange for a qualified service to handle the tow for him.
In his post he also stated that he contacted the selling dealer who agreed to get the tow and repair handled for him.
There are always two ( or more ) sides to every story. I didn't buy the one we heard. People tend to get upset when it costs them money while incorrectly believing someone else is responsible to pay it. It would seem it even doesn't matter what profession you're in or how smart you are.
Reading and understanding the paperwork you signed is imperative to understanding the policy. Being in the business world, it only takes a small amount of people to tarnish your reputation with bad comments. Many just don't understand and want something that wasn't part of the contract and you to pay for it.
Totally agree.....The Dad bought a $300,000......$400,000....Luxury Bus,that came with 3 YEARS FREE ROADSIDE assist,...and did not even KNOW that fact.
