I have been a Coach Net policy owner for eleven years. I have the best they sell and have never had any problem with them. But if it is true what the original poster says, THEN it opens up some red flags. Maybe Coach Net should have a better dispatcher that can communicate with the customer better. I know that I would be very upset that here I am paying for a roadside service and when needed they refused because of where I had purchased the coach. I believe Coach Net should have an internal investigation with their employees and get to the bottom of this case.
