Getting screwed by CoachNet

Just to clarify, when my father was talking to coach net, he mainly wanted a front wheel and tire, and Coach Net said he wasn't covered because he got the coach at CW. They never said we will cover a tow to X location, and anything farther is on your dime. They flat out refused to cover the cost of anything. I didn't believe him when he told me this story, so I tried to help, and got the same response. I demanded to talk to the manager, and she told me the same thing. It is interesting that Jim and Betty got a different reply. My guess is that Coach Net is trying to cover their ass, and it is easy to say that now that they don't have to provide hundreds of dollars in service anymore.
Just wondering,as I looked at, toured the Factory,and Drove, Sounds like almost the same coach.......
....Why did he .(or you)....(NOT).....Simply Call the Service Concierge....that ENTEGRA COACH. Provides for owners of their coaches......??????......
Possibly Camping World Dropped the Ball, by not Advising....it was covered for 3 YEARS. Road assistsnce.....??????
The factory rep pointed out all it comes with, being a Very Nice Bus....(And, Owned by Jayco......)....They Take care of their customers.
