Absolutly correct. Had the owner called Entegra, Entegra would have contacted Coach-Net and gotten the service performed. Entegra takes care of their customers, and has lots of influence with their suppliers such as Coach-Net (which is owned by National Motor Club). In addition to Coach-Net, the Entegra coach is on a Spartan Chassis, and Spartan povides at no cost a three year subscription to Good Sam emergency towing service. So, the the owner was covered by BOTH Coach-Net AND Good Sam, but since the coach was new, the paperwork was not yet completed. Had he called Entegra, this all would have been resolved quickly.
I don't know where the fault was, but I am sure that his new coach paperwork details all this and had he read it (granted it is voluminous) he would have known what to do. In addition, the dealer (Camping World) probably should have told him about these coverages, but my dealer didn't tell me either. I learned it by reading my new coach materials.
