Your getting some very good advice, but, before you put any money into this, approach it like it is a derelict house that's been setting empty for 7 years.. I realize that this is family, but you could be a very big money pit, that you will be responsible for money wise. Be very critical about your inspection. Look for signs of water intrusion (stains) on the ceiling, walls, floor, in all cabinets. Soft spots in the floor, walls. Things that are warped, raised, or bubbled, inside and out. A bubble in the sidewall could mean a separation, and the cost to repair this can run the cost of that year MH in good condition. This may sound discouraging, but you should be aware of the problems and costs that may be involved here.
