- rr2254545ExplorerJust got the new Garmin RV 660 from the GPS store online - it was 299.95 with no tax or shipping - really nice I love it
- Dennis12ExplorerI use Map Quest on my phone. No extra cost. Down loaded the app. Between that and RVPARKY i had a great trip. Don't need a screen, it lets you know ahead of time what lane to be in and what turns to make. I did purchase a external speaker so i could hear it while laying on my dash. Drove over 6K last winter and did not go out of my way by 1/4 mile.
- TrackrigExplorer IIX2 on the 760. It has a large screen so you can tell quicker what's going on than using a GPS with a small screen.
When in heavy traffic and I can't watch the screen all of the time for up-coming turns, I turn on the voice which is sufficiently loud and clear for me to hear over other distractions.
I'd buy the same GPS again.
Bill - Second_ChanceExplorer IIWe like our Garmin RV 760. In RV mode, you would enter the length, height, width, and weight parameters of your RV and the GPS routes you around low overpasses, bridges for which you exceed the weight limits, etc. As with any GPS, it's not foolproof, so we always check out our route via other sources before we travel.
