We raised the head of the mattress a few inches and it made a difference in my sleeping. I am an insomniac so 5 hrs is about all I do or need. We have noticed with slides out the coach does settle a bit more on the head side as there are two slides and the front is larger. We relevel every three or four days. I have really found sleeping elevated a little to the top of the bed is an improvement and if we get out of level or are parked in a lot with slides in and no levelers I am still not sleeping with head lower. That position can make you anxious and claustrophobic.
