Good Price on 2013 Coachmen Freelander 22QB?

Thanks for the info. This will be my first time purchasing an RV of any type so I apologize for the newbie questions - I am curious as to why you may think I can get this 2013 model for approx $5,000 less than the lowest quoted price, with the number of items that on other web sites, as well as the web site of the company I'm considering purchasing the RV from, that are termed as options - when the RV I'm interested in purchasing already have them built in so to speak?

Do you feel I should ask them to throw in a Fantastic Fan and/or possibly a year's registration as well?
