I too think you could negotiate further. It never hurts.
One thing that dealers seem to be open to, are comments like this.
"I will pay your price before you close tonight. But that must include sales tax, dealer prep, license plates, doc fees, title processing, and anything else you come up with. One check for $59,990 and we are good to go."
If the dealer declines your offer, simply say "Thank You" and hang up or leave the premise. Then at the end of the month, call and offer the same. You have a good chance getting a more favorable answer.
