The product is VMSpc by Silverleaf. It is software that runs on a windows based computer (laptop, tablet, etc). It requires cables and a converter box to read and change the info from the chassis data bus into something the computer program can use.
If you search this forum for "VMSpc" you'll find a lot of good info.
I've used VMSpc for years and really like it.

Unfortunately, Doug will find the Silverleaf system does not work with his '96 F53's OBD1 port. The F53 did not get OBD2 until 1999.
