gps units

Just a quick question, I have been looking to replace our gps unit in our class c motor home. Have been looking at the Garmin rv 760. I like the idea of the 7 inch screen and some of the programs that it has. WE do want one that gives us locations of camp grounds and dump stations along our route weather it be interstate or two lane roads. Thank you for any suggestions, Denny and my wee blonde, Ida.javascript:;
  • I have a Dezl 560 that works great on top of dash. It is a 5" Garmin. A 7" Garmin would be large on the dash. Beyond that either model will work well. Dezl models have RV routing like the RV model has.
    One of the best features of the Garmin and some other GPS's is that custom POI (points of interest) can be added to it's memory. I use POI Factory to download campgrounds, department stores, fuel stations and many other POI that are updated more often than they are in map updates.
