Looks good but pics can fool you. I would make any offer on condition that coach met my expectations after inspection and test drive.
If the coach has been properly maintained, I would give it serious consideration. Newmar has great build quality and a solid reputation. Reading your threads, I believe it is apparent you are really not sure what is right for you so this coach should be a great place to start and explore the RV lifestyle.
