Great service in Bozeman Montana
Traveling from the Northwest back to Florida,our electric step motor went out when we got to the KOA in Bozeman Montana. It was a Sunday and there was no one to call. The next morning I started calling RV dealers and went as far as Billings which was 150 miles away. None were willing to help. We travel with two German Shepherds and they needed to be lifted to get in without the steps. My wife and I both have a bad back. I called Big Sky RV about a mile from where we were camped. They did not open until 9. On a lark on the way out of town I stopped there at about 8:30. Still closed but the gate was open so I walked in and knocked on the door. A young service tech (RJ) opened the door and told me to bring in the motorhome and pull it around back. He quickly determined the problem and had a new motor installed in 20 minutes. The service manager (Chris) processed the warranty claim and had me out in 1hour total time. This is an outstanding dealership. If you are ever in need of RV. Service anywhere close to Bozeman, I would highly recommend this place. Big Sky RV is awesome!!
