We have a quadriplegic son. We started with a Four Winds toy hauler 11 years ago. We converted the garage into a handicap bedroom. That worked well for us. My wife and I didn't like sleeping in the cab over. My wife found a Class A with a hospital bed and lift. This has turned out to be perfect for us. The lift is a Super Arm Lift and takes up no extra space. It easily lifts the electric wheel chairs. We also have friends with the wife confined to a wheel chair, they also use the Super Arm Lif. Theirs is a diesel pusher with the bus type door, ours is a conventional Class A with side door.
