Definitely heading for the ditch! We spend 4 to 5 months in a park that excludes Truck Campers, tent trailers, class Bs and any motorhome or trailer less than 28 ft. I know of one case for sure where they allowed a shorter pull behind trailer for one or two seasons, but eventually excluded him and he had to buy a larger rig. They also have a 10 year old limit, but only apply it if the rig is unsightly.
Not judging, but there is definitely 2 sides to the issue
