Chainwright, I had the same thoughts go through my head about LVMR. When I put pencil to paper the numbers just didn't make sense for us. We started going there when Monaco Corp. owned it back 2007 (Outdoor Resorts), then Monaco went bankrupt... yadda, yadda, you know the story.
We had friends that bought two lots there and put them together. It was nice and their lots sold quickly when they decided not to 'RV' anymore.
For what we pay in rental fees for 2-3 times a year, it was a lot cheaper and no worries once we left.
