Yes. And it doesn't always happen at a campground, and most people aren't aware something is about to come down. Bad guys can be really nice people ... once everything is in there favor it's a whole other story.
Being aware of everything around you is the part that will save you and your loved ones from those with other motives. I think campers can be too friendly and leave many of their guards down. And flipping someone off ( I've heard of people doing that) after being cut off is not a smart idea. You never know when that is just the trigger someone was looking for. Your a huge attention getter on the road one way or the other.
