If no power at flasher take test light and test all fuses. My 04 has fuses outside under hood and also under dash. If fuses are good and no power at flasher the next thing is turn signal switch. Don't go by a fuse looks good. Use 12 volt test light. Power should run from fuse to switch to flasher to bulbs. Hope this helps
Signal lights work for right/left turn signals which I presume are the same lights for hazards. When I push the hazard light button I get nothing, lights don't blink. All lighting works as it should except the Hazard Lights. I will double check all fuses as that's what I think is blown somewhere in one of the fuse locations.
