HDMI 4x4 Matrix

I have a 2014 Itasca Meridian with the HDMI 4x4 Matrix system for controlling TV's. Does anyone have a similar system and any suggestions on how to set it up. the "instruction" sheet that came with it was more a what it can do sheet and not a "how to make it work" sheet. The guys at the dealer said they had it working "just fine", but they weren't there when I did my walk through on delivery. I am 1200 miles from home and thought I had it figured out, but apparently not.
Thanks, and a huge thanks from DW
  • I have a 2 X 8 HDMI set up in my house. It automatically selects the active input signal (from the 2 choices) and sends it out to the 8 TV sets. When ever the power goes out I have to go to each TV and select the HDMI 1 input and then unplug and repower the HDMI splitter box. That is the reboot sequence that I use.
  • All the ones I have seen and worked on they are automatic. You just make sure it IS powered up and you just take each TV and set THAT TV to the HDMI that is connected. You should NOT have to do anything other than set each TV to the HDMI port that is connected. For instance. You have DVD and SAT HDMI boxes(1 for each). The Sat HDMI is connected to each TV's HDMI-1 and the DVD is connected to the TV's HDMI-2. All you do is set each TV to HDMI-1 to watch SAT and if you want to watch a DVD, you just change that TV to HDMI-2 from the TV remote. Doug
  • First off, the manufac. of the product would help. But I did a simple search and came up with this.....

Google can be your friend and a very helpful tool if you have the information. So, who makes this device?
