Sadly you are going to wind up replacing those tires. Why take a chance when it's clear the tires are ending their safe life span.
I don't think anyone can tell you how much longer those tires will last or how deep the dry rot goes into the sidewall. Even if someone tells you they are safe, it will always be in the back of your mind while driving on the interstate. You will be waiting on the big BOOM.
Get new ones and feel safe.
