Cracked sidewalls spells T-R-O-U-B-L-E~! Hate to break it to ya like that, but start getting replacement prices now. I don't think there's a product out there that's going to repair your problem.
And like others have said, for future reference, don't use tire dressing on your tires. Yes, it makes them look all nice and pretty, but it also degrades the rubber over time. And as expensive as our coach tires are, degrading before their time ain't what you want. And I second the motion on tire covers if you dont' already have them.
