TO sum up if the tires are bad if dry rotted. The amount of tread is immaterial. Most RV tires age out rather than have their tread worn of them. After 5 years old tires should be inspected thoroughly for signs of cracking etc and replaced at about ten years.
Again the amount of tread is not material your problem.
Please learn about tires before buying new ones. It is a whole different world than with automobiles.
The best way to prevent UV damage is to cover the tires when not in use
