- GMandJMExplorerMany people would look at it and, as The Biscuit so eloquently put it, RUN.
Have in mind that it may be hard to find a buyer when you're done with it and dealers may not want to take it in trade as is. - SmithderExplorerI knew that fixing it would not be an option. My thought was use as is. My main hang up being further deterioration and ability to resale in a few years when it's time to upgrade.
- GMandJMExplorerWould you want to try to repair it or just use it as is (if the leaks that caused it are actually fixed)?
Fixing it could be cost prohibitive. - mikimExplorerDude, this is gonna cost at least $10,000 to fix. When the guys say on this board to "run" you better run. The other option is to pay a reputable RV repair shop who does body work to look at it.
- SmithderExplorerHe bought it for his girlfriend and they have since broke up. I spent a lot of time looking today and he seems very honest to me. He said it has not leaked while he has had it and I believe him.
- Old-BiscuitExplorer IIISeller bought it last OCT and is already selling it

Here is the PPL ad from when the seller bought it oct of last year. Issue not sown well here but does show the condition. Id be paying 18,500 with brand new tires. - SmithderExplorer
- WyoTravelerExplorerYou are taking a big chance. Dried out now but how about next heavy rains. There are too many RVs available to walk into a known problem that could cost alot. You'll find enough small problems in a used RV after you make a purchase.
