Your HVAC is from Denso NOT Evans Tempcon. Click on downloads for complete wiring print. On my 95 F53 Bounder, behind the dash, there is a fuse in a plastic fuse holder that supplies the 12 volts for the HVAC. Mine has a label from Ford that says HVAC. Yours may be the same.
