Help Identify - Bright Yellow Thing on Hyd/Wtr Lines

While checking fluid levels today, I noticed a hydraulic fitting at the bottom of my reservoir that appeared to leak very tiny amounts. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a bright yellow plastic washer appearing thing where the hydraulic hose terminated on what appeared to be a barbed fitting. This yellow thing looked like the washers we use on garden hose fittings. This yellow thing looked distorted and in need of replacement but I don't even know what it is and if it can be replaced without pulling the hose off the barbed fitting.

What is it?

Thanks for the help.

Nothing.its just a collar you see on some hydralic hose fittings that just acts as a stop for hose to go up against on assembly.it has nothing to do with weather the hose leaks or not(not part of sealing process)
