Corner trim can be purchased on EBay and from various online sellers. Shipping is expensive on long skinny stuff, so finding it locally may be cheaper. Check RV dealers.
Most trim has a plastic insert that hides the screw heads. Pull it off to expose the screws. The insert comes on a roll, and is inexpensive.
