Easy diagnosis:
Jack up the front wheels.
If they rotate pretty freely, drive it a mile or so and check again.
If no issues, drive further until you locate the source of the concern.
Could be normal engine heat or could be a safety issue. But figure it out!
A mobile tech should be able to easily do this in one hour of diagnostic time. A very wise investment.
