Well, got call from Camping world mechanic. Took RV for test drive, took off tires, checked manifold temperature, brakes and anything else they could see. They said nothing wrong at all, and to go buy a mat that my husband won't feel the heat. Cost us $200 ( which included the inspection and propane tank fill ). Not too bad considering what it could have been. It also bought us peace of mind. Thanks to all who replied. Now on to the Ralph for Bills home opener.
