As an update to my original post, when I contacted Dura Faucet they were not sure this was one of their faucets and suggested I use a mirror to inspect the rear of the base plate for a logo. Although hidden from view, the manufacturer name was clearly visible (although backwards) through the mirror.

After contacting Huntington Brass customer service, they are sending me replacement cartridges for both hot and cold valves. As I suspected, the kitchen faucet was better quality than the cheap plastic OEM fixtures on the bathroom sink and tub.
