First measure the actual height with the MH at ride height.
My RV garage was made with a 13' door leaving a 12' 11" opening. My last RV was 12' 3" so it was no problem. The new RV advertised 12' 7" to the A/C units but actually measured 12' 10" so I only have 1" clearance. I have to let the air out of the suspension. On mine I can lower it about 3" but once I do I can't turn much because the tires hit the fender wells.
I have air leveling so in order to drive in the lowered position I have to press the manual button and do the lowering with the emergency brake off otherwise it will automatically air up.
Also if your driveway isn't close to level with the garage floor you will need more door height.
