We built an RV garage for our 2002 Beaver Patriot. The Patriot was a "low" coach around 12' 3" and then we traded it for a 2011 Newmar Essex... a 13' coach! Call out a reputable contractor... you will be shocked at what they can do with your garage. Also, look at installing a "dual" track garage door. We were lucky, our ceiling was 14' and they were able to raise the garage door opening.
Nice setup! Unfortunately I can't raise mine. I have a bedroom above.
