The lower the height of the MH the lower the inside ceiling and the underneath to the road. Many of the low MH with 16" wheels drag when entering driveways with a rise, they are tail draggers....I have seen some with roller added on rear bumpers to aid in the drag. Lot of gas stations are a problem.
