As everyone has said, the "listed height" is seldom correct. The only way to know is get out a tape measure and measure from the highest point to the ground then recheck with air dumped.
I guess I'd be a bit nervous if I knew I had only a couple of inches to spare. Trying to move it in and out with air dumped could be tricky because they air up quickly so I'd think you'd almost need to keep your finger on the air dump button to be sure.
After viewing the image of the house and RV garage I'd say you could have issues indeed getting in and out with a pretty steep slope. The nose may go up until the back wheels are level with the unit, which of course isn't until you are in. Wow, pretty house, is it possible you can just convert the RV garage into a nice workshop and store the motorhome in the side yard?
