I suspect the connecting hose is clogged solid so shut off the tanks and remove and replace the hose with a new one. Then have the tank pumped from inside the commode. Last open the black tank valve and use a hot water hose and run it down the commode inside the tank toward the outlet and flush...flush...flush as you shove the water hose around.
If it's clogged, it should just be cleared. It's not always that easy to just remove and replace the tube as they are usually secured to the black tank with thread lock or something. Also, if it's clogged, it's just clogged with Poo and Toilet Paper. That can be unclogged pretty easily with hot soapy water and a metal coat hanger or something.
The hose is removable for storage.
I think you are thinking of the hose from the outlet on the trailer to the sewer????
The OP is talking about the downpipe from the toilet to the black tank.
That back flush connector that someone mentioned a few posts up actually would be the way to go. You can just let it work on dissolving the bottom of the pyramid on its own.
