First time using it ever after winterizing. can't figure out directions to turn all these valves. picture links aren't working. Where are you loosing water to? inside? there's no place that water should be draining inside the unit. only drain should be the to the outside. water inside indicates a broken pipe someplace. Generally turn counter clockwise to open.

A guess since it's urgent:Low point drains are open ....close the valves under the sink (not the supply valves to the sink faucet, but the ones probably close to the floor.Fresh water tank drain is open....close this or these valves.We will talk about the water heater by-pass valves later.

The pic of the valves in the manual are merely showing which way to turn them, not actual positions, such as turn the one to the left till it hits the stop, that is closed. The pic is not trying to depict the closed position.

When I figured out what position my low drain need to be when opened and closed I drew a picture and did a write up I could understand put it in plastic bag sealed up and keep it with the valves.

Here is the confusing information. Isn't it saying that the valve handle should be parallel to close it?

With your help, I figured it out. The valves are confusing. They turn 180 degrees and facing in one direction seems to be different than facing the other-- and the manual says that perpendicular is open.

My 2006 324v are below the shower base, I need to unscrew a panel to get to them, don't know where they are on a 1999 329n. Look under the winnie and see where water is coming out, they will be above that one for hot, one for cold. Let us know when you get it solved.
