I believe, but don't have any way to support it, that the entire line is manufactured in China. Bought a set of 11x24.5 (8 tires) for the purpose of testing, knowing the country of origin was China. Lugged...28/32 new...wear patterns normal...miles/wear below average...but bead/sidewall transition area was a issue. Would not recommend any tapered bead Hercules, which is what your'e asking about.
