The brake recall was years ago so it would be unusual for the owner at that time not to have taken the coach in to get all new brakes.
The engine and Allison transmission on the WH chassis are basically bulletproof. I'm pushing 90,000 on my 8.1L Allison combo and still do not have to add any oil between 5000 mile oil changes.
With the 2005 model you have the double overdrive Allison so mountain climbing will be no problem, even if you are towing.
As mentioned, it is always a good idea to have any coach weighed to see if the chassis gross weight will allow you to take everything with you on a trip.
At this point you r down to a price and condition decision. The coach should have had the tires all changed since they would be 10-11 years old. The TV may still be the older, very heavy, analog TV that you may want to change. Check for any leaks and try to obtain service records to show that it has been maintained for those 19,000 miles.
