Has annyone hooked up their ice maker up to bottled water, if so HOW? Last couple of hook ups the water had a lot of flavor, so the DW needed me to get her fresh ice, PITA. So I was just wondering ...

Buy some ice cube trays from Bed/Bath & Beyond and fill them up with bottled water ... place them in the freezer.
Otherwise ... your ice maker water supply needs to be pressurized.
