Put a 2X4 or other long, handy straight edge across the roof A/C (or whatever the highest point is on the coach), extending over the side of the coach. Make sure your suspension is aired up= proper ride height.
Option two is to pull under a canopy. Measure from highest point on coach (again, probably the roof A/C to a beam or other convenient place on the structure. Move coach out of the way and measure from ground to beam. Subtract beam to coach dimension.
