We drove 1100 miles to get our current rig. There was one about 75 miles from our house but he wanted $15K more for the exact same coach. We sent out inquiries to a dozen dealers asking for their best price and the dealer we bought from was $5K lower than anyone else who would provide a price.
After we bought it, we stayed in the area for two days making sure everything worked. On the second day we returned to the dealer, got every problem fixed (I think there were 3) and then took it home.
